Information you give us
We collect personal information when you contact us or ask for a quote, through WhatsApp, a phone call or email. Depending on how you contact us, this can include your name, email address, phone number, the message you write, your planned business activity, your location and your budget. If we go on to help with a company setup, we will also ask for the identity, ownership and business documents that the authorities and banks require, and we will tell you why at that point.
Information collected automatically
Our website host and content delivery services may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you request and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site secure and working. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads. At the time of writing, the pages do not load analytics or advertising trackers. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
WhatsApp and other third-party services
Our WhatsApp and call buttons open WhatsApp or your phone app. Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Pages on this site also link to government and third-party websites. We do not control those sites and this policy does not cover them.
